Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use lumi-dessert.netlify.app or order from Lumi Dessert ("Lumi", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed on our order page. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe.
A 3% payment service charge applies to all online orders, calculated on items plus delivery before tax, and is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Orders must be placed at least 2 days before the pickup or delivery date.
If we can't fulfill your order, we'll contact you and refund what you paid for anything we can't provide.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup: San Ramon Central Park, 12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583. We'll confirm your pickup time by phone or email.
Delivery: delivery windows are 10 AM to 7 PM. Delivery is $10; orders of $69 or more (before fees and tax) get free delivery within 30 driving miles of San Ramon.
Our desserts are perishable. Please refrigerate them promptly after pickup or delivery.

Changes and allergies

To change or cancel an order, or if there's a problem with it, contact us as soon as possible at the number or email below. Please tell us about any allergies in the order notes before ordering.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Two separate programs, each with its own checkbox at checkout: (1) Order notifications — non-marketing texts about your order; and (2) Promotional texts — marketing messages about new flavors, farmers market dates, and special offers. You can join either, both, or neither, and you'll only receive the messages you agreed to.
What you'll receive: if you check the order notifications box when ordering, we'll text your order confirmation and pickup/delivery updates to the number you provide. If you check the promotional texts box, we'll also send occasional marketing messages about new flavors, farmers market dates, and special offers, starting with a message confirming your sign-up.
Frequency: order notifications are about 1–3 messages per order. Promotional message frequency varies.
Consent is optional for both programs and is not a condition of purchase.
Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've opted out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
